Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Safety Inspector role at Prime Safety Management LLC in Bakersfield, CA, supporting an MSHA-regulated project.
The Safety Inspector will be responsible for conducting MSHA site safety audits and other safety management objectives. The Safety Inspector must also be well-versed in basic computer software applications and safety document control. Must have previous experience in MSHA environments or similar industrial settings.
Must have previous experience as a field safety representative within MSHA supporting engineering or facility owners.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a safety professional working within mining construction projects is required.
- A BCSP, CSP, ASP, CHST, SMP, OHST, CMSP, or BS degree in safety is required.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Must be fit and able
