Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Safety Representative at Prime Safety Management LLC in Odessa, TX,  supporting an industrial operating site.

The Safety Representative will be responsible for conducting site safety audits, coaching craft and trade personnel on safety program policies, and other areas of general industry safety management.

The Safety Representative must also be well-versed in basic computer software applications and safety inspection software applications. Industrial construction safety experience in chemical plant projects, oil and gas refinery projects, upstream well site drilling and fracking, or similar settings is required.

Qualifications:

• BCSP certifications preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be fit and able

Compensation: DOE and qualifications

Per diem: Not available

Hours: 50 hours a week.
